Wendy’s Boo! Books are back and a great deal at just $1. Each Boo! Book includes five coupons for free Jr. Frosty treats plus one bonus app-exclusive offer for a free any size fires with any purchase.
Boo! Books support Wendy’s commitment to finding forever families for children waiting in foster care by partnering with the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption (DTFA).
The DTFA supports the hiring of adoption recruiters who work with smaller caseloads of children in foster care, ensuring they have enough time and resources to find the right home for every child. The recruiters use a child-focused recruitment model proven to be up to 3x more effective at serving children in foster care who are often overlooked.
Wendy’s Boo! Books are available for purchase now through October 31, 2021, at participating Wendy’s locations. Jr. Frosty coupons may be redeemed until December 31, 2021.

Over at the Tanger Oulets on 501 is the only Haagen-Dazs ice cream shop that we know of on the Grand Strand. It’s the home of luxury branded super-premium ice cream and, until November 15th, a new Pumpkin Spice Shake.
At the base of this new offering is Dulce de Leche ice cream, a combination of caramel and sweet cream, swirled with ribbons of rich golden caramel. The ice cream is then blended with a pumpkin mix, topped with whipped cream, and dusted with a blend of fall-inspired spices for what Haagen-Dazs’ public relations department says is “a decadent dessert treat that serves as the perfect transition from summer to fall.”
The Pumpkin Spice Shake is the newest addition to Häagen-Dazs Shops seasonal offerings, which also include the Peppermint Bark Shake and Chameleon Cold Brew Float.
How much are these delightful, decadent treats? Dahlink, if you have to ask, you can’t afford it.
The Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop is at 4635 Factory Stores Blvd., Store C220 in Myrtle Beach.
It sounds like a messy and incredibly inefficient idea but Taco Bell wants customers to mail in their used hot sauce packets for recycling. Seriously. Maybe.
Here’s what they want you to do.
Sign up for an account with TerraCycle, a specialty recycling firm.
Collect empty sauce packets within a cardboard box or any other recyclable container you already have on hand.
Once your collection box is full, log into your TerraCycle account to download and print a free shipping label.
Ship your box via UPS.
TerraCycle has reportedly seen success with similar collection programs for coffee capsules, chewing gum and more. The Recycle-Your-Hot-Sauce-Packet idea is part of Taco Bell’s commitment to make all consumer-facing packaging recyclable, compostable, or reusable by 2025.
